You must not use the website in any way that could damage the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or use our content without permission.

3. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, sizing information, photographs and pricing shown on our website are accurate.
Colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on photography, lighting and the screen or device being used.
BMX components should only be used for their intended purpose.
Customers should check compatibility, sizing and specifications carefully before purchasing.

4. ORDERS
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the products contained within that order.
Once your order has been placed, you should receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- an item is unavailable
- an obvious pricing or product-description error has occurred
- payment has not been successfully authorised
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity
- we are unable to fulfil the order
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.
5. PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices will be displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.
Shipping charges and any other applicable costs will be shown before you complete your purchase.
We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
You must ensure that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
6. SHIPPING & DISPATCH
Orders are dispatched in accordance with our separate Shipping Policy.
For softgoods including clothing, headwear and accessories, we currently aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days.
As Convicted Bike Co develops its fulfilment process, we aim to reduce this to approximately 1–3 working days where possible, depending on the season and level of demand.
Dispatch times may vary slightly during busy periods, product launches, seasonal peaks or events.
BMX components, pre-orders, limited releases or made-to-order items may have different lead times. Where applicable, these will be stated on the relevant product page.
Dispatch time refers to the time taken for your order to leave us and is separate from the delivery time provided by Royal Mail or another delivery service.
7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We may ship to destinations outside the United Kingdom, including Europe, the United States and other selected countries.
Shipping costs are calculated according to factors including destination, parcel weight, dimensions and the service available.
Royal Mail services will be used wherever possible.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes or handling charges depending on the destination.
Where these charges have not already been collected at checkout or included within the shipping method, they may be payable by the recipient.
Convicted Bike Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or local border procedures.
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds and cancellations are dealt with in accordance with our separate Returns & Refund Policy.
Where applicable under UK consumer law, customers purchasing online may have the right to cancel an order within the statutory cancellation period.
Certain exemptions may apply, including genuinely personalised or custom-made products.
Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.
9. BMX COMPONENTS & INSTALLATION
BMX riding naturally places significant forces, impacts and wear on bicycles and their components.
All BMX parts should be installed correctly and inspected regularly.
Customers are responsible for making sure that products are compatible with their intended bike setup before installation.
If you are unsure how to install a component correctly, we recommend having it installed or checked by a competent bicycle mechanic.
You should not continue riding with any component that appears damaged, cracked, loose, incorrectly installed or otherwise unsafe.
Nothing in this section limits our legal responsibilities relating to faulty, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods.
10. NORMAL WEAR & PRODUCT CONDITION
BMX components and clothing may naturally experience wear through use.
Scratches, chips, cosmetic marks, worn finishes and other signs of normal use will not necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect.
Damage resulting from accidents, crashes, misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification or inadequate maintenance may not constitute a manufacturing fault.
Any suspected product fault will be considered individually.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
11. CUSTOM & PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Certain products may occasionally be personalised, made to order or produced to a customer’s individual specification.
Where legally permitted, these products may not qualify for normal change-of-mind cancellation rights.
This does not remove your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.
12. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes:
- cannot be exchanged for cash
- may have an expiry date
- may apply only to selected products
- may not be combined with another offer
- cannot normally be applied retrospectively to an existing order
We may amend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, provided doing so does not unfairly affect orders already placed under the promotion.
