SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to make ordering from Convicted Bike Co as straightforward as possible, whether you’re ordering from the UK or overseas.
UK SHIPPING
UK orders will be sent using Royal Mail services wherever possible.
Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout based on the size, weight and value of your order.
Where available, tracked services will be used so you can keep an eye on your parcel once it has been dispatched.
DISPATCH TIMES
For softgoods including clothing, headwear and accessories, we currently aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days.
As Convicted Bike Co grows and our fulfilment process develops, we aim to reduce this to 1–3 working days where possible.
Dispatch times may vary slightly throughout the year depending on seasonal demand, product launches, events and particularly busy periods.
BMX parts and other products may have different dispatch or lead times. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated on the individual product page.
Dispatch time is the time taken for your order to leave us and is separate from the delivery time quoted by the postal service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally, including to Europe, the United States and selected worldwide destinations.
International shipping will be charged accordingly based on the destination, parcel size, weight and the shipping service available at the time of ordering.
Where possible, international orders will be sent using Royal Mail International services, including tracked options where available.
The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
EUROPEAN SHIPPING
Orders to Europe will be charged based on the destination country, parcel size and weight.
Delivery times will vary depending on the country and the service selected.
International orders may also be subject to local VAT, customs duties, import charges or handling fees depending on the destination.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
Orders to the United States will be sent using an appropriate Royal Mail international service wherever possible.
Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight and size of the parcel and will be calculated at checkout.
Customs and import requirements can vary, so additional duties, taxes or handling charges may apply depending on the order and destination.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import charges or handling fees.
Where these charges are not already collected at checkout or included within the chosen shipping service, they may be payable by the customer before delivery.
Convicted Bike Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local border procedures.
TRACKING
Where a tracked service is used, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
For international orders, tracking may continue through Royal Mail’s overseas delivery partner once the parcel reaches the destination country.
INCORRECT DELIVERY DETAILS
Customers are responsible for making sure the delivery information entered at checkout is correct.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS
If you believe your parcel has been significantly delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number.
We will investigate the shipment with the delivery provider and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
PRE-ORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Certain products may be sold on a pre-order or made-to-order basis.
Any extended lead time will be clearly stated on the relevant product page before purchase.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held until all items are ready to dispatch unless stated otherwise.
